Veterans Program:

You answered the call with honor. Now it’s time to lead your next mission, from within.

Our Veterans Program helps Veterans and their spouses/partners reconnect with purpose, strengthen emotional resilience, and lead with clarity in life beyond service.

There comes a moment after military service when everything goes quiet. The mission ends. The uniform comes off. And the path ahead can feel uncertain.

The Give to Give Veterans Program was created for that moment—for Veterans, and for the partners, family members, and loved ones who walk beside them.

More than 5 million U.S. Veterans experience behavioral health challenges like PTSD, anxiety, and depression (SAMHSA, 2020). Families feel the impact too, often carrying the weight of reintegration: emotional burnout, disconnection, and invisible stress. Far too many face it alone.

We provide science-based tools, immersive experiences, and a deeply supportive community. Veterans and their loved ones learn to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with inner strength, and build meaningful lives beyond service.

This program offers a new kind of mission, one rooted in reconnecting with what has always been there:

  • Inner strength,
  • A sense of purpose
  • The power of community.

How the Program Works
Not one of urgency—but of return.

The Veterans Program unfolds in five phases:

Stage I – Introduction & Science
Foundational education, program overview, and screening for readiness and support.

Stage II – Building New Habits
Online learning, journaling, guided meditations, and heart-rate variability (HRV) training.

Stage III – The Veteran Journey
An in-person, immersive retreat offering tools and techniques for lasting change.

Stage IV – Learn, Adapt, Integrate
Ongoing virtual follow-ups and access to resources for continued growth and reflection.

Stage V – Replication & Long-Term Support
Sustained peer connection, mentorship opportunities, and resources to deepen and expand transformation.

Through this journey, Veterans and Veteran Spouses gain the tools to shift from survival mode to self-led growth. Because honor isn’t found only in serving others, it can also be found in the courageous choice to turn inward and serve yourself. By reconnecting with their inner self, Veterans are not only transforming their own lives, they’re creating a ripple effect that strengthens families, communities, and generations to come

Words can’t describe the gratitude, love, and compassion I feel. Give to Give was a huge part of becoming the new me. Before this, I was overwhelmed with pain, stress, depression, and anxiety, and felt like I was barely holding on. I didn’t know what it felt like to truly feel again. I went in with nothing to lose, and now here I am. The advanced retreat in Cancun was incredible, and the impact hasn’t stopped. I haven’t missed a meditation, and I’ve created so much since coming home.

I’m a retired US Army veteran. After struggling with divorce, addiction, and feeling lost, I went sober and began a spiritual journey. Attending a Dr Joe Dispenza retreat in Cancun changed everything—it cracked my heart open and helped me stop living in old stories. I remembered that I am a loving, courageous co-creator, and that I am free from past ideas. I continued the work and am dedicated to giving back what was freely given to me. This journey has been absolutely amazing.

As a Veteran, I found that the NCS program has provided valuable information for my personal growth and future. It has given me tools to effectively change my thoughts and behaviors. The most valuable contribution of the NCS program is its ability to empower individuals with practical techniques rooted in neuroscience. It equips people with skills that can be used over a lifetime. I learned how to bring more awareness to my thoughts and behaviors that have become subconscious and aren’t serving me well. Coupled with techniques on how to “stop” and “change” those, these are skills I now use on a daily basis. I know I’m continuing to grow and become a better person because of this. I was also able to implement these techniques right away. If I were to share this with others, I would say, in the words of Dr Joe, “Change your mind, change your life.
