Give to Give Foundation is bringing the benefits of practical neuroscience and meditation to people that need it most including Veterans, incarcerated women and men and people facing serious personal challenges.

Our small-but-mighty marketing and communications team is looking for a savvy email marketer with a knack for crafting compelling content that engages audiences. 

We’re on the lookout for a skilled freelancer or consultant who can lead our email marketing efforts with support from the team, write engaging email copy, strategically scheduling campaigns, and leveraging HubSpot to build visually appealing emails that drive results. We want your creativity, experience and expertise too to help us think how to get the most out of our engagements so we can expand our reach, nurture new leads, and maximize fundraising through targeted email campaigns. 

Deliverables will include approximately one mass email a week from Hubspot template –more frequently around important times (e.g. Giving Tuesday) and less frequently during other moments. In addition, the consultant should lead us in adopting best practices such as developing automated email journeys to welcome new members, or helping update our marketing templates. The consultant will be expected to attend one standing half-hour meeting per week, a second short check-in at time TBD, and will spend the rest of their time working independently, collaborating with our fully remote, US-based team through email, slack, Dropbox and Google Docs. We expect the total load to be four to five hours a week of consulting on average and our target range is $50-75 an hour for this work.
