Breathe to Receive Challenge Replays

Check back here to watch the Give to Give replays any time after  2 PM Eastern.

Day 1

“Imagine learning you can bring your attention within, find nothing more meaningful than your beating heart- and feel true gratitude and love. Imagine realizing you can let go of an idea you held about yourself or another person – and suddenly be free.”

– Dr Joe Dispenza

On Day 1, focus on committing to the challenge. Bring the future into the now – imagine how you will feel after ten days enriching your practice with new ways to use breath to unlock your potential.

JOURNAL PROMPTS: DAY 1

In your journal, repeat the following message. Feel free to adapt it to what resonates with you the most. Immerse yourself in it, and when you’re ready to commit, sign below.

In your journal write the following message & sign below (feel free to adapt it to what resonates most with you!)

I ________ commit to the 2024 Breathe to Receive Challenge.

For the next ten days, I agree to show up for myself every day, to do the work, and to sit with whatever comes up. I enter into this as an act of self love and commitment to my higher self. The process of creating my future has begun.

Day 2

“Nobody who ever gave their best regretted it.”

– George Halas

Where you place your attention is where you place your energy. With that in mind, today’s focus is on intention setting. In your journal, answer the following questions. Emotional intensity directly impacts neuroplasticity, so focus on why you’re setting these intentions and what the significance is to you.

JOURNAL PROMPTS: Day 2, Intention Setting

  • What intention are you setting with yourself throughout this 10-day challenge? How would your future self feel after committing to this?
  • In what way are you planning to challenge yourself in your practice over the next 10 days? How do you plan to keep yourself accountable?
  • What is the one word you will bring with you to use as your anchor throughout this challenge?

Day 3

“When our behaviors match our intentions, when our actions are equal to our thoughts, when our minds and our bodies are working together, when our words and our deeds are aligned … there is an immense power behind any individual.”

– Dr Joe Dispenza

Repetition and emotional intensity change the wiring in our brain. When you commit to showing up for yourself each day, you’re not just going through the motions. You’re introducing your brain to a whole new future and you’re creating a brand-new reality in the process.

JOURNAL PROMPTS: Day 3

  • Visualize your highest self: How do they act? What is their energy like? How do they interact with and navigate the world around them?
  • Approach your daily practice as a training ground for the day ahead: How are you coming up against yourself? How can you move with grace when feeling challenged?
  • Reflect on today’s work: How did it feel? Identify one thing you did well.

Day 4

“The power to move the world is in your subconscious mind.”

– William Gibson

Today’s focus is connecting to the body through the breath. The breath serves as a vital link between our mind and our body. It can be a powerful tool to ground ourselves and return to center. Please complete the first journal question before your practice today, and return to the remainder after you’ve completed Day 4’s track.

JOURNAL PROMPTS, DAY 4:

  • Reflect on three current feelings before immersing yourself in the breath. Now do the breath and return to your journal afterward. Jot down three things you’re feeling now.
  • Consider your experience with the breath over the past few days. Are there recurring themes, images, or sensations that catch your attention? How do you interpret them?
  • Tune in to your body. Identify one sensation that arises when you practice the breath. Do you find yourself tapping into this sensation during your waking day?

Day 5

“The quantum field is a field of information, of possibilities. It’s not made of particles. It’s made of possibilities.”

– Dr Joe Dispenza

Today marks the halfway point of our challenge, and we’re using it as a checkpoint. Tune in to your body, check in with your mind, and be honest with yourself about your progress so far. The only person who can tell you how you’re doing is you. If the experience has been great for you, keep up the good work; and if you’ve come up against yourself, use today as an opportunity to remember your intentions and recenter.

JOURNAL PROMPTS, DAY 5

  • In what ways have you come up against yourself through this process?
  • What triggers, challenges, or moments of expansion have you experienced during the challenge?
  • If you’re honest with yourself, have you given your best to the challenge so far?
  • If not, what’s one way you can re-commit?

If you recorded yourself on day 1, take a look back and watch that video. Are you living up to your intentions?

Day 6

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”

– Albert Einstein

Congratulations, you’re past the halfway point. Momentum compounds to create profound shifts, and you’re right in the middle of that transformative journey. Today, reflect on the power of momentum and how it’s influencing your practice.

JOURNAL PROMPTS, DAY 6

  • How has the momentum of the challenge impacted your daily practice?
  • Have you noticed any changes in your mindset or energy levels since the beginning of the challenge?
  • In what ways can you leverage your momentum thus far to deepen your commitment and engagement?

Day 7

“To be empowered—to be free, to be unlimited, to be creative, to be genius, to be divine—that is who you are…. Once you feel this way, memorize this feeling; remember this feeling. This is who you really are….”

– Dr Joe Dispenza

As we approach Day 7, take a moment to reconnect with the intentions you set at the beginning of this challenge. Your “why” is the driving force behind your commitment, and today’s purpose is to help you remember and reaffirm that powerful motivation.

JOURNAL PROMPTS, DAY 7

Journal Questions:

  • Reflect on how your initial intention has guided your actions during the first week of the challenge.
  • How has your understanding of your initial inspiration deepened or shifted throughout the past week?
  • How can you further align your daily actions with these values throughout the remainder of the challenge?

Day 8

“A change of feeling is a change of destiny.”

– Neville Goddard

Today we’re leaning into self-love. Showing up for yourself is a powerful act of self-love, and nurturing this self-love enables us to be better partners, co-workers, and friends. Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup! Taking these few minutes each day to center and ground yourself through mindful breathing sets the foundation for a better day.

JOURNAL PROMPTS, DAY 8

  • In what ways does “doing the work” help you tap into your overall sense of self-love?
  • Consider instances where you may have felt challenged or imperfect during the challenge. How can you embrace these moments with self-compassion and use them as opportunities for growth?
  • Reflect on a specific moment during the challenge where you showed yourself genuine compassion. What small, intentional acts of self-love can you incorporate into your daily life starting today?

Day 9

“When we take an intention and combine it with the energy or emotion needed to enact change, we overcome the known past and the predictable future … and it becomes possible for an entirely new future to be born.”

– Dr Joe Dispenza

We all carry stories that weave through our lives for various reasons. Where we come from is, in many ways, out of our control. But here’s the powerful truth—within us lies the power to decide how long a story defines us and who we will become. You’ve touched the possibilities that unfold when you commit to this daily practice. So the question is, are you ready to break free from the reigns of the past?

JOURNAL PROMPTS, DAY 9

  • How can you infuse your daily practice with the energy needed to break free from past limitations?
  • Identify one belief that no longer serves you. How would your life transform if you chose to let go of that belief starting today?
  • Envision a future free from the stories of your past. What does that future look and feel like?

Day 10

“As this cycle comes to a close, and a new one begins, I hope you’ll make the time to evolve your understanding of yourself. It starts with empathy … and belief in your future.

Remember: your future self already exists, and already believes in who you’re becoming.”

–  Dr Joe Dispenza

Congratulations on reaching Day 10 of the Breathe to Receive Challenge! For ten days, you’ve stepped out of the predictable future and into the unknown, where the potential is limitless. You’ve truly embraced your role as a creator during this process.

Take a moment to soak up the joy that comes from consistently showing up for yourself. This isn’t the end; today marks the beginning of your future self. If there’s a life you dream of living, know that you possess the power to create it. Now, with each breath, envision the life you desire and set forth on the journey of creation.

JOURNAL PROMPTS, DAY 10

If you recorded yourself on Day 1, go ahead and give it a watch now.

  • How have you transformed over the past ten days, both in your mindset and daily habits?
  • How did you express your role as a creator during the challenge? Consider moments of genius, whether in thoughts, actions, or intentions.
  • What intentions do you want to carry forward from this challenge into your daily life? What are you going to create?
